Lima Sierra's Pic Thread: X7 M50i in Ametrin Metallic / Ivory

Hi Everyone!

Took delivery of our 2021 Ametrin Metallic X7 M50i last night. Back into BMW after 15 years. Had a 2002 Jet Black X5 3.0i.

Will be posting some pics from time to time, so check back! Glad to be on this great site/forum!

how did you decide to get the 21 inch wheel package vs 22 inch? we also debated this choice, esp. as we will be towing the summer and could have used these wheels for winter tires as well - but in the end we liked the look of the 22 inch wheels.

Beautiful! and good question on the 21s. I sure hated the look of those wheels on mine (carbon black) when i built it and so went with the 22s even though i didn't want to deal with the hassle of the winter/summer thing.

On your vehicle with that color they look sharp! Bad arse even! Ha. Beautiful car!!! Congrats!

Thank you very much! Test drove an X7 with both 21's and 22's. Preferred the ride with the 21's. Seemed to have more cushion on the bumpy road we tested it on. Our little one is a bit motion sensitive, so we wanted the most comfy feel. Also, just liked the look of the rim over the others. We really liked the 755M bi-color black the most, but that was only offered on the 40i

Congrats !! Fantastic combination. I went with 21s for the same reason. My dealer just handed me the car without the bow 🤨

LOVE this color combo! We also have the ivory white interior with a 7 & 5 yr old. Its work to keep it nice and clean but the look and comfort is worth it. Enjoy!
