Bmw e91 no power to radio

Hi guys iv got no power going to my bmw professional radio. When I turn the lights on it lights up and when I press cd eject it makes a noise bit about from that the screen is blank and no power going to radio. Anyone know what this could be

Ok will do. The car has been laid up a few months and yesterday I full charged the battery but will get the volt meter on it

All checked and voltage and fuses all good. Iv put up on another thread the codes I have for the stereo system from ista

If there was no power going to the Radio it wouldn't do anything.
What was the Voltage on the Battery?

That is the alternator Voltage and it's a little high .
The battery voltage is measured with the motor not running.
What's the battery voltage?
High Voltages are not good for electronics.

Battery was about 12.5v. I have just plugged into n an aftermarket stereo in and all works
