Timing chain settlement?

I just received in the mail a notification for the timing chain failure lawsuit.....case of Gelis vs. BMWNA....covers and reimburses for past repairs and cover prospective repairs, based on mileage and years in service up to 100,000 miles.....

BMW sent that to every owner of affected vehicles.

Yup, received mine Friday, 2014 x1 N20 with only 62,xxx miles. I'll max out the eight years way before the 100,00 miles.
