Eccentric Shaft sensor fixed rough start and smell

I finished installing a new eccentric shaft sensor in 2006 330i E90 and noticeed that the starting is much smoother now. Also, there was a lingering smell coming from the exhaust before and it seems to be gone now.

I suppose the eccentric shaft sensor was sending some wrong data for a while before it went out completely.

It was running smooth before after start but with a little bit of stinky exhaust. Now its all good.
