BMW Order number

Hi

Is this the same as the SA3 reference? I want to track the order via the live chat but not sure if the order number is the SA3 ref.

I'm not sure on the SA3 reference either and can't see it referenced on any of my previous order screenshots.

You should be looking for an AG order number. 7 digits normally (all numbers)

If the SA3 ref you have is 7 digits then try it with the genius. They will soon tell you if it's not right.

If not, just ping a message to your sales guy and ask him for the AG order number.

I did as above, emailed Park Lane sales person and finance person at the same time with a request for the order number. Finance guy replied within a few minutes.
