Will this work? Need advice.
Does anyone know if this will work?
I have been waiting to replace my passenger mirror assembly on one of my cars and it has been backordered for over 2 months with no ETA. Its backordered in Germany and I cannot find one in any junkyard. My car has blond spot assist but not surround view. If I buy the assembly with both blind spot and surround view, will the mirror function as normal? Has anyone done something similar? If it works, I would buy the mirror trim piece to delete the camera. The car is a 2018 X4 M40i F26. I would have posted on that forum, but it gets very little views.
