metal knobs for navi selector and radio volume?

Hello All!

just got my new 08' x3 (m3 sport package

and just doing my usual tweaks

to the interior. Does anyone make metal or aluminum knobs out there to replace the stock rubber/plastic selector knobs for the radio and Navi???

Any help is much appreciated.
