N54 E90 Engine Mount Upgrades??

Can anyone clarify the deal with engine mounts and the various upgrades? Mainly the iS upgraded mounts as I've heard on the early model e90's can rub the lower pulleys onto the frame..

The main thing I want to clear up is the fact that for even the iS the left or right mount is the same as base models & only one side is the upgraded iS part.
