High flow downpipe and emissions

Greetings! I was wondering if there are any high flow catted downpipes that are capable of passing emissions like maybe a 300 cell?

I'm specifically looking for one for the B46. The ones I've seen say for "off road use only" but I'm not sure if that's just for liability reasons or if anything non-OEM isn't viable when it comes to DOT regulations (I'm in Florida btw). One I was looking at is below, but if this is possible and you know of any others I'm all ears.

An extended warranty I'm considering won't be voided if the downpipe can pass emissions (no need to debate whether extended warranties are worth it or not lol). Thanks for any insight you can offer!

Only AA or Fabspeed will meet your needs

You have to find out what they check for in FL. For example in CT it's a visual inspection and an obd2 plug in. They don't use a sniffer test so a high flow cat passes emissions up here

AA is technically the only one EPA certified to my knowledge, so its the only "legal" one for your state. It therefore should pass visual and is guaranteed (by AA) to not throw a CEL and have your emission monitor is ready state (to pass OBD2 check).

Fabspeed should do the latter but is technically not EPA certified so therefore could in theory fail visual (although very unlikely).

If you don't need your catalyst monitor to be ready (check state requirements), then any catted DP can work, although they can fail visual as well. I thought FL was pretty lax on emissions, so do some research.

Any non-OEM part, regardless of its emissions compliance, can void your warranty [for affected components, i.e. engine/powertrain in this case] depending on the terms and conditions, so you should check that as well.

Apparently Florida has no emissions requirements whatsoever based on my research.

Florida does nothing. Just pay for your sticker and keep going. If they DO decide for whatever reason to check for emissions there's a federal fine for removing or tampering with emissions equipment. Don't get caught street racing or attempting to "roll coal (it's not possible)" and you'll be good to go. Don't post on YouTube or social media if you are aspiring to be an influencer or the epa will show up at your door.
