LCI RAD2 .trc file

Hi guys,
Can somebody please share their LCI RAD2 trace file with me?
I have just installed a used RAD2 to my car but it has a weird gong. Have tried to change loads of options in the coding but no luck. I've attached a link of the gong sound below. It's a mono tone gong as opposed to the ascending tone from the CCC/CIC

either go to the coding or the idrive subforum, coding sub forum or stereo sub forum.
Rad2 file is only for the pro radio .
The only way the tones change is with the software
updates and I am not sure that applys to the Pro Radio's
