Help with NFC and cellphone
Hey guys,
Here in Brazil some 320 G20 didn't come with the charger and the card key to register it and use as a key. That way, of course it's not possible to register it on cellphone either. I bought the original charger from Germany on eBay, and coded it to give me the message (cockpit) if I left the cellphone on the charger base. Almost everything plug'n play! But I'm still missing the feature of open and turn on the car with my cellphone. There is a way to code it? I researched and saw it's just a menu in iDrive that make the registration in your phone. Really thanks! |

Sounds like you're talking about using the phone as a digital key. Depending on the production date of the vehicle, you can use either an Android (pre July 2020), or an iPhone (post July 2020). Set up needs to be done on the phone app

I also add that it depends on the subscription of some connected drive’s service. therefore you will not be able to do it if the car was not born with the necessary hardware |
