Does anyone have the software to update idrive hbtevo-x?

I am having an issue with the Bluetooth. Car and Phone was appearing fine and now it doesn't appear in devices even thought it's connected.

Current software is tb-007.030.001.

Seems to be a new issue after my car was updating from evo-l to x. I tried the software update website online but I believe it is an older version shown as i can't update.

Below is my issue.

Phone is connected but it isn't showing up in the mobile devices menu.

I had a look online and there are no special characters in my phone name. Everything was working fine up until yesterday.

My car and customers cars are running NBTEVO_X. In your case looks like CarPlay is gone. Go to Connected Drive, click Option button next to the iDrive controller and click "Update BMW Online Services". Wait 1-2 minutes, then reboot headunit by holding volume button until it restarts. That should fix your issue.

I didnt have car play? however i have tried what you stated. it was an issue with my phone not showing in the mobile menu. I dont have the wifi attenna in my car.

I believe there may have been some sort of bug with the software after the update, I deleted the second phone (Rachels) from the menu and then it showed up but when i tried to remove "Alex iPhone" it wouldnt delete. It was as if it it can only show one device.

So i have performed a data reset and cleared the nav and hopefully thatll fix it. I shall try repair the devices later.
