Hi Guys,

Are there any guides or tips on how to code in Enhanced Bluetooth for the G20 using Bimmercode.

It's rather annoying when on Work Journeys where I have Personal Phone connected to Carplay.

But Work Iphone will only play music.

I've been through the above link and can't find the coding for Extended Bluetooth through the Bimmercode App. Does anyone have the codes?

Does normal (non-extended) Bluetooth mean only one phone is connected to the idrive? I have extended in our x3 and non-extended in the 330i but there hasn't ever been a case where both my wife and I got calls at the same time to see if it works. But I noticed that in both cars, when both of us are in it together, both our phones are connected to the idrive and it shows details of both phones (name, battery status, network status etc).

I've only been able to connect one phone at a time on the 330, whereas our X5 will connect two phones. I'd be interested if someone can share the coding instructions for the Extended Bluetooth.

You mean in your X5, it shows the status of both phones but in the 330i, it shows only one phone?

In my 330i, I just noticed it shows status of both phones (just like in our X3 which has the enhanced Bluetooth option). I noticed it after getting the software updated to the latest version (07.21). Before that (software 07.19), I could have sworn it showed only one phone's status (my 330i doesn't have enhanced Bluetooth).

Correct, I see both phones connected in the X5 but in 330 thou we paired two phones only one is active. The 330 has 07.21.

Interesting. Mine is also on 07.21. When my wife and I are in it, both our phones connect and show statuses for both, just like in our X3. I didn't code enhanced Bluetooth and I didn't have it before that. I thought it was included with the new software.
