Hello everybody

My name is Raul. Im from Spain and I've been with a power failure.

I tried to find a solution to the problem but it has been impossible and no one has been able to help me.

I show you guys the problem on the link below and today was the third time that happened to me.

I changed the main battery thinking that the failure came from there but two weeks after same bug back again.

My solution is:

1) Press and hold the button to open the windows.

2) Reach the trunk and pull the safety ring.

3) Disconnect the battery terminal and put it back.

4) Everything goes back to normal, (its like a reset).

I have been recommended to update the car's software because it is very old and if that does not fix the problem, replace the control unit under the glove compartment.

Can you guys help me to find the fault?

I can open the car manually but nothing works on it.

The screen shows the icon of the car on the elevator in red and yellow flashing.
