Thumbs down n52B30 330i engine idle problems

During cold start it takes an extended time to start the car. but it starts every time.

the idle is very lumpy, when trying to take off from idle up to about 1500 rpms i have misfire, above 2500rpms things smooth out, but if I go WOT the rpm needle skips around and its full of hesitation and surging.

New spark plugs, Newer ignition coils, brand new eccentric shaft sensor,

These codes came up when i reset all codes and drove the car last.

These codes are all over the place but maybe your large disa valve came apart? Although I think if that were to happen the valve would only go in one intake runner and cause a misfire there and here we have codes for random other cylinders but worth starting at. I'd test both on inpa and see if they make a fast solid flap noise.

Would I hear the flip inside the cabin windows down or do I need to put the laptop under the hood and run the test.

When I ran on DISA flap test it came up with error, but another flap test below it (sorry I did this a week ago forgot specifics) I think I heard a sound from sitting in the driver seat. Ill retest tomorrow. So 99% sure this sounds like a flap failure?

Large Disa was broken. Now when starting the car I cannot rev and the car has a very long start and it doesnt idle for long. Maybe stays on from 10 seconds to 25 seconds but always dies. Very rough sounding.

I replaced both DISAs. I did an INPA test for the DISA and hear both working.

only codes im getting are 2a94 2f0d. Maybe its not telling me true codes because i reset codes after i did the install of new disas. Can anyone please help me figure out where to look next

You need to pull the manifold or at th very least tap it around in the car and see if you can catch the large flap. It's likely stuck in some cylinder runner. If the valves are working good and fast you can kinda hear it with the hood closed windows down when testing them but definitely with the hood up
