M340i spacers

Hi all, im in Leeds and ive just got a new m340i tourer, standard nineteens on each corner (which In typical BMW form are an inch too small and too inset on the axle, annoyingly making the rims un-flush with the arches. I'm going to stick with the 19s at the moment because I wanna take my time figuring out what 20s i want but in the meantime i do need some spacers. Can anyone recommend what works really well for my car and also give any advice on what mm i should be going for front and back to be flush with the arches? Im thinking 15mm front, maybe 12mm at the rear or 15mm all round? Too much/not enough? Any advice would be really welcome because I'm really no expert on this.

It's really simple to measure your car instead of going by someone else's...
