Advanced Driver Assistance Steering/ Lane centering Stopped Working

Any idea why this would happen?
It happened all of a sudden and still doesn't work after I hard reset idrive and even tte next day after a full restart.
The speed control still works though.
This is in both traffic jam assistant and full adaptive cruise modes.

Actually no lol.
Yes thank you that worked. I took my belt off to reach for something that fell and that deactivated it. Tried it with the belt on and it works.
Oops.

Thanks everyone. Glad to help!

My cousin had the same “problem” with his X5 but the problem was he never wears his seatbelt. If you look up the requirements for drivers assistant you have to have your seatbelt on for the steering to work.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Speed below 130 mph/210 km/h .
Sufficient lane width.
Above approx. 43 mph, 70 km/h : lane
marking on both sides is detected.
Below approx. 43 mph, 70 km/h : lane
marking on both sides or a vehicle driving
ahead is detected.
Hands on the steering wheel rim.
Wide curves.
Drive in the center of the lane.
Turn signal switched off.
The sensor system calibration process is
complete.
Cruise control with distance control active.
Safety belt on the driver's side fastened.
Forward Collision Warning active.
Pedestrian Warning active.
Side Collision Warning active.

We had a long thread about this very same situation a few months ago and we were all wracking our brains to figure out what was going on. One adept member immediately noticed the seatbelt issue and we were flabbergasted at how he knew that lol. But now we all know
