clear front end film DIY?
Anyone tried applying clear film bra themselves on the "easy" surfaces like hood or rocikers? I've heard from a couple of friends that it's not too difficult. Or window tinting for that matter, similar process i would imagine.

Ehhhh. Well.....the flat surfaces are not too bad. The curved ones really do take an experienced and skilled hand.
I did vinyl for years and even I took my car in for clear bra install. Too fricken tedious and time consuming to get it right. It took 3 guys about 8 hours to do my car. It would have taken me prolly 40 hours to duplicate it. You can fairly easily do the easy parts like the rockers, etc. but trust me, it is still better left to the pros.
