Have a full set of 15mm Dinan wheel spacers for all four wheels. They were for my wife's X3 but decided not to install.

Lug bolts are not included.

Will these fit a 2022 x7 m50 with the 22" wheel and tires?

Also, where can we get the proper lug nuts for this?

It will fit an X7 as it has the same bolt pattern and center bore. Lug bolts can be purchased from Dinan, H&R or Turner Motorsports or any other vendor depending on how much you want to spend. At least 42mm length would be required.
