Good morning. The massaging seats in my X7 turn off automatically after 20 minutes or so. Is that normal? Thank you.

It's normal for them to turn off automatically, but 20 minutes seem a little short. I travel just over an hour each way twice a week normally, and I'd say they shutoff exactly the 1 hour mark for me.

Yes, it's normal. You can code it to stay on longer. I think the options are (15/20 minutes, 1 hr, 24 hr, forever) You'll need an app like bimmercode to code it.
