Cyl. 4 still has +5 timing corrections near your 4th gear shift.
Knock vs. Pre-knock correction argument here. Looks like you're on stock(ish) map with max 10psi being pulled here? Make sure to run your logs with DTC and Traction off if applicable. The throttlebody blade likes to close and limit boost if not, which feels like a stutter sometimes. If it feels fine I wouldn't sweat it though unless it rears it's head.
