did you use them on X7 22"? I have x7 m50i,
Front: 22", 275/40R22 Y XL 107Y
Rear: 22", 315/35R22 Y XL 111Y,
will fit?

No it wont fit. You need 275s in the front and 315s in the back. Or get new wheels.

They fit on the G07 stock 22" just fine. These tires fit a 9-11" wheel. The rear wheels are 10.5" wide. Some people are clueless. A square setup is way better in the snow then a 275/40/22 and 315/35/22 staggered setup as well. I've had many many cars, many many wheels, and sold alot of stuff. They fit the 22" all the way around or I wouldnt have them listed on here. Check under specs "rim width range"
