What next!

So i bought an X5;

Electric windows stopped working
Water pump failed
Resistor gone on the heaters - battery flat
Passenger seat electrics knackered

What can i expect next?!
Any tips?

What x5 do you have?!?! Is it new?

A Friday build maybe. My two X5s had O2 sensor problems.
