E92 335i no power, key stuck in ignition, battery fully charged- HELP!
Help!
I have my car stuck in a parking lot battery fully charged, keyfob is stuck in ignition wont pull out. Start button, lock button, trunk release button etc nothing working at all. Weird constant clicking sound coming from the fuse box in the glove box area. Tried jump starting also did not help. Cant even get to trunk. What could it be and how to resolve? Help! I attached a video that shows whats going on. |

Ok there was a recall about this but check the fuse box behind glove the main power cable that runs to it has been known to corrode and disconnect.

Update- The issue got fixed!
It was a loose negative terminal cable in the battery in the trunk *♂️*♂️*♂️*♂️*♂️*♂️*♂️ Unbelievably, there is NO WAY to get into the trunk when the battery is in this state. I even tried jumping the car and even resorted to fishing the emergency release wire out in the trunk. Eventually, the battery sat enough for some relay or something to function as intended enough where the clicking stopped, and i was able to pop the trunk with the trunk release button in driver wheel-well, tighten the negative terminal bolt and it worked like a charm. |
