OEM front splitters

Has anyone successfully installed these splitters?
If so, any guidance would be appreciated.

I've only seen a few people with these given the mind-numblingly high price. Seriously, they aren't just expensive, they are call-the-UN-and-file-a-formal-complaint expensive. The install looks pretty straight forward and self explanatory.
