Withdrawal Syndrome
Dropped my car off for what will be several days at the SC for steering lock and a laundry list of other minor things. It's pathetic, but I totally miss my car. Hold me.
Er, moving on... I did get a decent loaner: '08 X3 3.0i. Any questions? First time I've spent any time in one... It's sort of an odd cross between my 330i and my Touareg. Non-sport seats look nice but suck to sit on, non-active-steering steering is nowhere near as fun as active steer (approximately 47 turns lock-to-lock). The new adaptive-headlights' cornering/intersection lights are really nicely done tho. And that N52 engine is still a peach, even in a 4k+ lb SUV.
