Opinions on an executive demo price

I'm looking to purchase a nicely equipped 2008 X3 Executive demo at the special BMW finance rate of 0.9%

Specs:

08' x3si
Sapphire Blk/ Blk interior
Auto
Prem. Pack
Sports Pack w/19's
Heated Seats
PDC
Xenons
5/08 build date
13,600 miles
*Sticker at $49K*

**Mint inside and out**

QUESTION:

The lowest price they offered was $41,000. Do you think this is a good deal or should it be lower since the 09's will be out soon?

Anything else I should ask or look out for?

Thanks in advance.

Carfreak...... I signed up to xbimmers just to tell you....."that price is way inflated!" If it had 2-3k on it maybe $41,000 but damn not with 15k. Im sure you can do better, just look at ebay... that will give you a idea of what you can get one for.

It better be CPO, too. Think of all the people that have used that "loaner/rental". I have a 08 x3 loaner as we speak, and definetly dont treat it the same as my own. Sure its a great car but no different than an 07. Save some flow, find a nice one owner or one owner CPO. There should be plenty of x3's out there people are trying to get rid of in this economy.

Also the new 2010 x3 is coming out too. think of the price drop that 08 car will have when they are out....

my .02...
