Normal battery drain when car is OFF ?

Hi,

I have a 2006 BMW 330i (with sport pkg).

Does anyone know what the car normally drains from the battery when the car is OFF?

Is it in the range of 30 milli-Amps ?

I don't know the answer, but 30 mA sounds pretty normal for a modern car, isn't it? Is that what you measured?

I suspect our cars don't drain any more than the typical modern car. Keep in mind that the E9x does not fully shut down all computer modules until about 20 minutes after you switch off the ignition. For those first 20 minutes after key-off, I'd imagine the drain exceeds 30 mA, probably by quite a bit.
