Perhaps as a reference point for you, this car has been on eBay twice and hasn't sold. It's pretty much your car except this one has only 75 miles. Here's the link. I've been watching M3's on eBay for quite some time and very, very few have sold. The only one that I can remember was the white one for $48k.

Good luck!

New baby is here and I simply need more room for 2x kiddies.

So, is this price fair or still too high in this weak arse economy?

Thanks,
James

I think your price is good, all you need is one man/ woman to see the car through your eyes and actually gauge its worth....I have seen a lot of people on this forum giving BS opinions about price and what have you....and will then seal it with a kiss by saying "GL with your sale"

So dont worry about pricing it right for everyone, you just need one buyer, more people agreeing to your price dont really meant anything.....

economy is weak, however, people who bought 70K cars 2 years back will still drop 70K for a car today...so have a lot of the M3 owners on this forum....

personally I would never sell to bottomfeeders...

I think that is a very fair price. Keep in mind buyers will comp it off of a new car financed at 0.9% (in monthly payment terms for people financing). Used car financing being at considerably higher rates at some point makes more sense for monthly payment folks to buy a new car. For example, a buyer getting good used car financing (4.75% for 60 months) would be indifferent to your car at $54k or a new one at 0.9% selling for ~$60k. Granted you have a lot of add-ons like the wheels, tint, etc. but brand new v. 6k miles.

You may have to drop it a bit but sounds like a nice car - love the SG paint. Any interest in selling the blacklines?

You're right. A perfectly comparable car that didn't sell - twice - with less miles is a meaningless comparison .

Now I would like to know if you sold it privately or did you trade it in?

And how much did you get for that 08?

I'm confused...how does a space grey sedan have the non LCI taillights? I thought the '09 taillights were all red on the side. AND I thiought space grey was only available on '09 E90's.

Ooops..my bad...just realized that is prob. a pic of your old car...looks like space grey in the pic, but I think its just the lighting right?
