Help ordering a 2009 335I sedan

As I said, 2morrow I am going to see the dealer about ordering my car as they can't find what I want. This is what I know I need to ask for what else do I need.
-2009 335I Manual sedan
Space Gray
Dakota Black interior w/aluminum trim
Nav(Idrive)
moon roof
Ipod/iPhone/smart phone connection

??s
M-Tech yet, seen pics & does it have a numerical designation
what packages are necessary for the features I'm looking for
Shadowline trim

I don't really need the Sport pack as I will change wheels and lower so...But the seats would be a plus

Any help would be super, thanks in advance.

Sport is worth the money for the seats alone...

Well...

I did use the builder, but some things were not clear, and salesman said he was checking all the data bases, cant find it!

Audio- well it says that all the 09 335 get the upgraded stereo standard, whats the next one up?

Colors, well those are relative you know, I have a 2007 Audi Black on black A4 Sline Titanium Quattro 6MT, just cause I like the no chrome look, murdered out a bit. Black headliner and such were what I wanted!

Sort of Johnny Cash/ 'Feindflug' edition Bimmer, LOL! I walk the Line...

If you're going to pay for the leather, you might as well spring for the premium package. The autodimming mirrors, lumbar support and bluetooth (especially since you'll have idrive) are well worth it.

As for the sport package, the seats are up to you. I don't have the sport package and I really like the seats. No complaints.

Obviously you have no use for the cold weather package in miami.

I also think that for $500 Comfort Access is a really nice "toy" to have.

Seat Heaters???

In Miami???

Oh, that was a joke right?!

So...Comfort access, Premium and Sport Pack or either/or? Those both come with all those features?

Good to know about the plant being closed thing. He did say it would take six-eight weeks...

Deposit, well the offers right now due to the economy may end up being better than later. I don't know...

Plus I'm about up to my mileage limit on my car. Dont ask, mom totaled her car couldn't drive, track days, drive Sebring on the Weekends, Daytona, Dad lives in Orlando etc.

So I will not be using this car in the same fashion as the Audi. I hope...

No one on the M-tech??

I believe M tech is a cosmetic package that adds different bumper, side skirts and rear lip

your best bet is to google "2009 E90 invoice price" and look at the build sheet for all of the option codes

personally, i would get the sport package for the seats, suspension and steering wheel, and consider everything else as gravy/added expense/nice to have, but that's just me

Thanks, I tried that, guess I will have to ask 2morrow if the "Face lift" 2009 M-Tech is available yet and see what they say.

The other standard ctuff like Zenons and power seats, Fog lights, armrest etc, is that usually all included in the Premium and/or Sport packs??

??? SPORT ???

go w/ the SPORT.i also went f/ an Audi A4 3.2 to my current ride 335xi
one of the things i didn't like on the Audi were the seats. very sinular to reg. seat of the BMW E9X. so that was a must upgrade for me. a lot of us had to order our BMW packages because the way we wanted them set up was not the way they came over set up w/out an order.
i learned, you get what you pay for so i ordered as many upgrades as i could afford, because i'll be in this car a long time till the next one

enjoy the switch f/ Audi. I really did!

whatever you do, GET the sport package. there's tons of threads here where people are regretting their choice, just because of the seats. and if it's of any relevance, without sport package the car is limited to 130 mph.

You should def. get sports package.... the sports steeringwheel looks a lot better, and the seats are night and day... also, if you order mtech directly from dealer at the time of purchase, its going to cost a lot unless you get a good deal.. they usually jack up the prices on cars with mtech up to about 5k or so if I remember correctly. I just got it after I picked up my car and had a local bodyshop paint/ install it.
