2007 328i Sport Package question

i did a search but could not find an answer. i recently bought an 07 CPO 328i and am wondering if i have the sport package. i think it does because it has 17" wheels. is there any other way to tell?

thanks

My E91 has 17 inch wheels and does not have the sport package.

The sport package will give you different seats (if you have a way to adjust the width of the seat, lenght of the seatback, or angle of the headrest - you have the sportseats).

Also, if you have paddle shifters, you have the sportpackage.

Yep,

One way to tell is the adjustable thigh support on the front seats. It slides out by pulling on the handle bellow the front cushion.

i have the thigh support that slides out but i do not know about a width adjustment. i have not seen that yet. also, i don't have the paddle shifters, just the auto steptronic. if i do not have the paddles mean i do not have the sport package?

If you have the thigh support, you do have ZSP (sport package).

I believe the seats have some way of adjusting the bolsters - which is what I meant by width.

It is possible to order the sport package without paddle shifters, so that doesn't mean much.

Enjoy your new E90!

The lumbar support is the round shaped adjuster....the one in front of it I think is the one you're talking about..it looks like a rocker switch. Mine is also a 2007 328i sports package steptronic with no paddles. 2007's didn't have paddles. I think it started in 2008.

You have premium package if you have the Adaptive Xenon lights, Leather interior, light adaptive rear view mirror, passanger side mirrors points down when car is put on reverse (switch is switched towards drivers side), dual climate control, garage door opener on rear view mirror...i think that may be it.

Do you have a 328i sedan or coupe?

On the sedan, adaptive Xenon headlights are not included in the premium package. They cost an additional $800. I think they are standard on the coupe. So Xenon headlights don't tell you if you have the premium package.

On the sedan and coupe, premium includes leather power front seats, compass in rear view mirror, bluetooth, garage door opener, BMW assist and auto dimming mirrors.

I don't think paddles were available for the 328i in 2007

If you have the lumbar control on the seat you have the premium package.

Go to your BMW Center and have them print out the complete factory code list that your car was manufactured to. Just give them your VIN and all your questions will be answered as to what your car has or doesn't have.

Easiest way to tell on ZSP - thigh cushion slides out.

Easiest ways to tell on ZPP - mirrors can power-fold and you have adjustable lumbar.
