Winter wheel offset when putting 225 rear tire on 328i sport package?

I have a 2011 328i sport package that is now my winter car since i bought an M2.

Stock wheels are BMW model 286:
front 8x17 offset 34
rear 8.5x17 offset 39

Looking to buy winter tires, square setup 225/45R17 for the car, but what wheels fit the rear, specifically is there a particular offset i need to be looking for?

I found these on fb marketplace but cant figure out what offset they are or what model theyre from. Theyre 17s with 225/45 winter tires already on them but im concerned about the rear fitment.

For an 8 inch wide wheel, you can go down to about 20 in the front. If square this will work, but will be tucked a bit in the back. You could go with 17x8 et20 and run a 10mm spacer or something in the rear, or just leave it alone if it's a winter setup anyway. I'd assume anywhere in the 20-35 range will work well since 20 is just starting to poke up front

If you go with square 8" set-up, ET34 will work at all four corners. The rears would sit inward 1.375 mm compared to your 8.5" ET39. The ET39 should be LCI spec for the rears. Pre-LCI rears are 8.5" ET37.

Those are Rial Salerno's. They will fit. I had them on a 2009 335i with no issues.
