Lambda, misfires. helpppp N54

I have a 2010 BMW 335i coupe. Had a 1 hour and 45min drive to my destination (moring 7am) with no issues it was on the way back (evening 2pm) I started having issues it had this issue 4 times on the way back I would pull over clear the codes let it run for a minute then I would get back on the road, the same codes where thrown each time, I do live in the great hot state of Florida, it would throw the codes

29CC - DME: Combustion misfires, several cylinders.
29D0 - DME: Combustion misfires, cylinder 4.
29D1 - DME: Combustion misfires, cylinder 5.
29D2 - DME: Combustion misfires, cylinder 6.
29EO - DME: Mixture control.
29E1 - DME: Mixture control 2.
2C28 - DME: Oxygen sensor 2 before catalytic converter: System check.
2C32 - DME: Lambda control 2.
2F79 - DME: Ambient-pressure sensor, overrun.

Car is tuned with MHD stage 2+ 93oct v10.0. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
