X5 Engine Replacement

I was wondering, could anyone tell me an approximated price on how much it would cost to replace the engine on a 2003 X5 3.0i?

I tried to search for it on Google, but had no luck.

ok lemme guess:

he injested water and bent rods.
he overheated and popped head gasket.
he overheated and pulled threads out of the block.
he got in an accident and ripped the motor mount bosses or something off
he didnt change his oil on time and sludged it up.

now what do i win? thats about all that goes bad w/ M54's.
