tie rod and control arm question

Hey guys long time user/lurker with a new id because somehow I got locked out of my other account (trader14).

My 2010 e93 got a couple flat tires from driving over something, had the tires replaced and the wheels aligned and the report back said my inner/outer tie rods had some play and both lower forward control arms have worn out bushings.

Can you recommend the parts to get, I get really confused (i know it happens to me too easily) when looking at pelican/turner/fcp tia

Or you could do the M3 control arm upgrade + the tie rods.
