New to the board
I've been following this forum for a while now. Great resource. Just picked up my 09 323i. Had a tough time deciding between traditional JB, Monaco Blue/Tan or the Space Grey/Black but having my 2 previous cars being black on black and my brother owning an 06 325 MB/Black I decided to try the Space Grey. So far I'm a happy camper.
Not a fan of the 16" factory wheels so I picked up a set of used 189's before I even got my car (for the summer). I was going to put snows on the factory wheels but my tire guys are really good to me and set me up with a set of 17" Moogli's (??) and Continnental Snows. The 17's are not your typical replica wheel and are a really nice metallic grey with a nice polished lip. I think they look pretty nice for a winter set?

Welcome in. You seem to have halogen lights, did you have the Corona ring DRLs? They were suppose to come with the 09's even if you didn't have xenons.

DRL's
Definately they are halogens as the 323 does not come with the xenons. It's been so bloody cold up here for the last two days (-17.5C) that I really haven't had much chance to walk around the car and take it all in. You are right the lights are still supposed to have the rings--gotta check that out.
Thanks all for the compliments.

Rims/DRL's
Just found the proper name of the rims on the net--Montegi.
I was looking at the DRL's during the day and they definately have the halo thing going on. Looks cool for the entry level headlights. I'm really enjoying this car.

Good advice
Yes, all good advice. I've seen some reprimands when people have posted old topics.
You are right about spending money. The whole reason I went with the 323 and not the 328 was to save money based on the economic situation. I have officially had my car 2 days and I now own 3 sets of rims for my car!! Those 19" CSL's that many of you are sporting certainly look like a must have as well!
