Internet Hot Spot Not Available Anymore

I have a 2017 G 35,40. When I first bought my car the option to have the Internet hotspot was available.I recently looked at the head unit and noticed that it was no longer there. I've looked all through the head unit and iDrive does not have it available. The only thing I have is a Chex box in the settings menu of the manage mobile devices for Wi-Fi. I don't understand what happened. Has anyone seen this or experienced this? If you have, how did you rectify it or do I have to take the car to BMW?

Does it show up in ConnectedDrive?

Also, are you paying for the service or intending to? As it only works if you pay AT&T for the service.
