Steering Column Issue, Profile Memory

Hi all,

Anyone else having issues with inconsistent steering column/profile memory? Lately, it's been defaulting to the steering column moving up way high and fully extended. I tried to reboot (press the power button for 30 sec-1 min) but did not resolve. The seats adjust and remember but the steering column has been erratic.

Same key and same profile on the screen. Just random settings especially the steering column.

Noticed that Electric Individual doesn't stay at startup. Also, the navigation/radio volume stays on high...

Maybe just glitches...

I have been experiencing the same issue lately as well. 19 X5 40i. Let me know how it resolves, about to conduct the new OTA update..

I scheduled a service appointment this weekend. Hopefully they will resolve.
