Guest profile is loaded when unlocking the door via app after iDrive update

I noticed that after the recent iDrive update, if I unlock the doors via the MyBMW app, car has the guest profile loaded.

Anyone else see this also? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Yeah, it’s not possible to remove the Guest profile.

after i-Level updates, many things reset to default, so it's wise to go over all the settings again. some, but not all settings are saved to your driver profile in the cloud. worse case is you have to re-do some settings from scratch as was the case for my seat memory after my SA updated my vehicle to 11/2022 last month during annual service

I had this occur after an update and it required deleting and re-creating my profile to resolve.
