Does the procede chip cause problems?
I bought the Active auto werke software chip a few weeks ago, Its nice but it only got me up to 320 horse power to the wheel, I want more. I asked around over at active auto werke and they told me that the procede works good, but causes a lot of warning lights to come up and can also blow the turbos after a few time running them like a year later they said, the turbos will be no good. Don't know if there telling the truth but I don't want any problems like that. I want to go faster but if I will have headaches with the procede in the long wrong then I'll live with what I got.

Consider the source (a competitor)... they are just trying to scare you away from switching to a better tune.
It doesn't cause those problems... it has the most saftey features of any tune on the market to protect your engine. It comes pre-configured defualt to run conservitive boost levels, and you can configure the user tourque values to raise or lower your power levels if you decide to go for max power... |

Rick, you should sell the V3 w a V1 (Valentine One) as a package deal, your customers will need them.
Seriously.

pure comedy... It's amazing how badly AA dropped the ball TWICE on tuning the N54 platform, then has the nerve to talk trash about the market innovator.

Why don't you ask AA (Omar or Carl) how many cars they've blown up over the years!!! From turbocharging the E36 to supercharging the E46... they have a long history of blowing engines and yes customer engines.
They are now great at what they do but they didn't get there without any cost! I believe that both tunes out there (PROcede and JB3) are good tunes and both tuners have taken enough steps to ensure reliability and safety. You'll be fine without AA... trust me. |
