How simple is to change spark plugs?

How hard is it to reach the plugs closest to the firewall?

Did you use the Iradium spark plugs or Bosch Platinum plugs?

It's pretty easy, you just have to remove the shroud around the wipers/windshield. I'm sure there are pictures some where, its the same as on a E46. Check out realoem.com to see where the screws are. Or search E46fanatics.com or m3forum.com if there isn't one on E90post...

I did mine at 75K and now i'm at 91k miles. I got the plugs from the Turner, make sure and don't get the special tool, they told me I needed it, but I didn't b/c we don't have direct injection.

Done It was I hell of a job.I had to remove so many covers to reach spark plugs.Next time will take me probably no longer than 40 min
