Car pulling to left and right

The steering is really heavy on my car and it's constantly pulling to either side. 90% of the time it's pulling to the right on normal driving. If i let of of the steering wheel, the car will pull to the right in a heartbeat.

Now with that said, do you think there is a problem with the alignment or tire pressure? I haven't had any tire pressure warnings come up. Are alignments by BMW dealer appointment covered under warranty?

Have you checked the tire pressure manually?

My guess: it's your tires. Blame the RFTs. I remember how badly my car turned to the right if there was a crown in the road and some irregularities came up. It tramlined and did all sorts of shit. Tire pressure could also be a cause.

Do you have the sport package? FWIW, I noticed that the wider, more aggressive tires definitely seemed to cause more tramlining than I was used to with other cars, or even than I noticed on the non-sport loaner I had for a few days. On good roads my car would track very straight, but on others I didn't dare let go of the wheel. Narrower winter tires have all but eliminated it for me right now.

Does the tendency to pull in one direction or the other seem to vary according to what road you're on, or even where you're positioned in the driving lane?
