Which rims will fit an '06 E61?

I'm looking for a set of wheels for an '06 E61 (5 series wagon) to mount some snow tires on but don't know which years/types of 17" rims will fit my car.
Will X5 rims fit it?
Thanks for any help.

which rims?

Hey Bro, wassup..... what I would do is either call the deal and ask what the offsets were for your e61, or pull off your oem wheels on one side of your wagon and read the offset numbers that are written on the backside of each wheel. Then, as long as you use those numbers when picking out a new style wheel, you will be okay! For example, your front rim might have 17x7.5 et15 stamped on its backside and your rear might have 17x8.5 et22 on it. If you follow those offset numbers as your guideline, you could go 16", 17" 18" through 20" if you wanted to. If you are going for a winter wheel set up, I would stick with 16" or 17". I hope that helps! Peace, Brad

Thanks Brad.
Do you think the hub sizes are standard?

Thanks again,
Michael

Rims

Hey man, wassup..... Hub sizes vary depending on which model you have. 525i's are smaller than 530i's or 545i's or of course the M5.(due to bigger brakes) I dont think that hub sizes are that critical though. In choosing your wheels, the offsets are more important. Were you able to find out the offsets? Peace, B

E61 Wheels

The offset on the '06 530 xiT should be 43mm. Non x-drive 5 series wheels will probably not work as they are 20mm offsets. GL
