If you look at the configurator and switch between sport and non sport, you can see the difference in the seat side bolsters.

The steering wheel and the seats are different. You can't adjust the piece closest to the front of the car on a non-sport seat. The sport seats can extend out. Beware, once extended the seat becomes a crumb collector.

I refer to them as my crotch pockets. The first long trip I took, I opened them up when I got home and was amazed what had collected.

I have a 335i with sport package, black leather and dark burl.

But I agree that is an attractive interior.

Before anyone gives me crap saying "You already knew what the Sport Package contained!" Yes I knew what it CONTAINED But I wanted to make sure that it was what I thought... Basicly see the difference between NON sport Package Seats and Sport Package Seats... Anyways here ya go man:

ZPP = Premium package: 4-way adjustable power lumbar support for front seats, Dakota leather upholstery, Bluetooth cellular phone interface, tilt-down right side mirror, power folding side mirrors, a digital compass in the rear-view mirror and hardware for BMW Assist, auto-dimming rear view and side view mirrors with electric folding function, integrated 3-button Universal garage-door opener.

ZSP = Sports package: Sporting suspension calibrations tuned by BMW’s M performance division, 8-way sports seats (power adjustable in the 330i), 3-spoke leather-wrapped multi-function sport steering wheel with audio and accessory phone controls, 155-mph speed-limiter, and a tire/wheel upgrade: 17-inch alloys with V-rated performance tires for the 325i; 18-inch with W-rated tires for the 330i*** / Star Spoke (Styling 162) light-alloy wheels, 18 x 8.0 front, 18 x 8.5 rear.

ZCW = Cold weather package: Heated front seats, Split fold-down rear seats w/ski bag, Retractable headlight washers.

Rear view mirror with compass and the garage door buttons comes with premium package only and not available as a separate option.... I think

So
Sport Package = Sport seats
Premium Package = rear view mirror with compass and garage door buttons
