Take ou BMS intake before going in for HPFP replacement?

Well it seems my fuel pump is finally on its way out after 3 straight starts this morning with shuttering and half engine light....Should I put the stock air box back in before taking it in? Anyone with experience with this?

Might as well take it out! You have more to lose keeping it in there!
