Changing the speedometer

Hello i was wondering if we can change the speedometer in an e93 335 with a new one like m3 (in europe shows 330km). Or if you know some other company that having speedometers for 335 showing max speed 330km?

why would you do that?

Have a look at http://www.wsm.de/produkte/39/3er.html (only available in German language)

Its a company in South-Germany (Darmstadt) which are working for several tuning companies in Europe. The amount for changing the speedometer (300, 320, 330, 340) and reprogramming the ECU will be round about EUR 600

thats a good question

u wud need to code it?? wonder how much it wud be. for one it wud be nice to see over 160mph and the M Cluster looks so much better

I contacted this company - they are looking at doing a MPH speedo change for my car, calibrated to 200mph. Will let you know how much they charge when they get back to me...

Not for you guys over in the US, I agree.. not worth it at all. However for me over here, given I drive so much in Europe, it would be a nice addition as currently the needle goes off the clock and the car's still pulling strong!!

I did 160 plus 4 times on the highway.. USA

Late late night though. Its not cause he is going to drive that fast all the time. It looks bad ass. If you had style you would know that.
