Wheel question... (Another one)

I been searching for wheels for my 23 x3 M40i for a few weeks to a month now.

As much as id like to get some BBS in 20", it just seems insane to spend close to 7k on a set of BBS Forged wheels , which would be more than 10% of the price of the car.

So i been searching for TE37, and aside from special ordering from Japan and wait MONTHS to obtain a set of 20" TE37.

I discovered that our vehicle can run the new "Supra" setup which is
19x9.5 +23
19X10.5 +35

Now, i am not big on lowering the vehicle, but i MIGHT.

Which brings me to tires selection.
It would make sense to run 245/45/19 and 275/40/19
But there are no matching tires out there in these 2 sizes. And id imagine a 245 tire on a 9.5" wheel will look strectched and horrible with stock height x3.

So the only other tire that will come close to the spec of the factory 245/45/20 is 275/45/19.

Then comes to my next question, will it fit a 275/45/19 tire up in the front?
And if it does "FIT" would the wheel and tire sit further than the fender itself?

If anyone can shed some light on this would be much appreciated!

If that's accurate (which I think it is) you'll have 16mm less clearance. For my winter set I went with 235/55/19 in a 8" wheel & 39mm offset (OEM q5 wheels), which reduces inside clearance by 13mm. With the a/s those wheels came on, there was less than 5mm of clearance up front between sidewalll and strut tower. With the blizzaks I have on now, there's ~8mm of clearance.

That's a roundabout way of saying 275/45s will either have very little clearance or none at all, quite likely depending on the tire.

So it will most likely not fit due to it will most likely rub the strut?

Exactly. It should be noted this was for my 2019. Maybe the new ones have more room, but I doubt it.
