yes they are legit
many members have afe but i wouldnt get it
id would go with bms dual

BMS is my second choice now, im thinking about riss racing. that system looks sick.

I am looking @ the RissRacing one or the new Injen one.. The only thing about the RissRacing one is you also have buy a seperate "plenum" which cost another 150 on top of the intake to acheive the full affects of the intake...

Yup the snorkel.. I guess the prices between the Injen and the RR intake when you add the snorkel are pretty similar..
