My friend has 10,000k xenon bulbs in his low beams and in his HID fogs. It looks good if you like blue. His doesn't throw a code because he has a resistor. I have 6000k HID fogs and im getting 8000k for my low beams soon.

I have a similar setup with mine. And I DO NOT like the way my fogs are brighter than my angel eyes, seems off to me.

i'm assuming you guys know that the higher the temp of the bulb (Kelvin), the less output you guys will have. 8 or 10K will be very blue and won't be bright as 6 or 7K. I personally think 6000K upgrade would be the best compared to out standard 4300K

Leave the bright blue lights to the ricers.

If 8k and 10k are your choices, I'd go with the 8K. The 8K has a nice blue/white hue to it. Let me know if you need them. We have it in stock.

I have 5s and 6s for my E46. I'm now running the 6's in my xenon headlights and xenon fogs because they blended the best with the angel eyes in my Umnitza P46s projectors (which I just upgraded yesterday to the Orion version. Beautiful!!! Much whiter and brighter.)

The 5s are quite a bit more yellow than the 6s but mainly in direct comparison to the 6k fogs when they're on. They really clashed with the older (predator chromium) angel eyes. But the 5s give out considerably more light and I was running them when I had a tinted windshield...really made a difference.

I can't imagine doing the 8s and the 10's would be out of the question- less light and too blue for me. I don't like to look at my 6's until they are fully lit. So, I have to agree that anything above a 6 would be a bit ricey looking, unless maybe you have a Montego blue car.

x2. Blue lights = makes the car look like crap and no longer clean/classy looking

Almost as bad as those running 12000K bulbs with a completely purple look
