m40i logo disappear from live cockpit

The logo disappear how do I get it back and what's causing it.

Hm. Strange. Have you messed with Bcode at all? I know there are settings for the logo and general styling.

You can try changing the live cockpit mode as well as the reduced/normal mode in the idrive live cockpit settings. It may cause a refresh of the graphic.

If nothing else it’s a pretty easy warranty item if you’re still under the factory warranty.

It goes away when you’re using directions from CarPlay.

Never realized that though I have nothing showing in the live cockpit. I’ll give it a try tomorrow morning!

Nope the car is 2 months old 2023.. I have seen it happened before and it came back. Was just wondering wtf am I doing that is causing it to away
